In previous monologues I’ve suggested that real spiritual development has nothing to do developing super powers or transcending the body and everything to do cultivating awareness of mind and body and living fully within the body. In today’s walk and talk, I explore some of the same ground I explored in TSM 108 – suggesting how we might move through our senses deep into the body and integrate all that arises into our awareness and in so doing, deepen the well of experience.
For those who are interested in learning ET contact, might I suggest you begin by learning how to deepen the well of experience. Begin with the body and the body will grow !
Enjoy ! 😉
I dedicate this monoluge to Frédéric for his ongoing support and his enthusiasm for taking responsibility for his own development and for his efforts to be a better father, partner and human being ! I also dedicate this monologue to Astrid for her ongoing kindness and her continuous efforts (despite her own illness) to help others living and dead, to be free of their suffering !
In today’s stroll through the land, I explore the process that some have called Direct Knowing. There are several interpretations of this concept and in this monologue I explore what you might think of as a lower level form of DK, that I believe has greater value to us in our ordinary life. I provide you with working examples of how to develop DK through all the senses and then through the collective 5 senses.
Expect to hear lots of talkative sheep !

Tonight’s monologue involves a short discussion about the subject of perfumery, as a result of a scene I wrote today in one of my novels; and an exploration of the idea that the perceptions that we have, which are informed by the 5 senses – arise from different permutations and combinations which occur in our sensory information. The same permutations and combinations fill the material world. I also wonder at how an increase in the number of senses might increase the permutations and combinations that fill our perception of the material world.
Enjoy ! 😉
