ET Contact Through Self Inquiry

Hi folks, another method for contact from Project Pleroma.

“A very simple idea.

Ask for contact – however you would like it to happen.
Feel your intention and the reasons for wanting contact.
Let it resonate in your heart.

-Now ask yourself these questions :
“What am I ?”
-See what comes up and then keep asking the questions until you can answer it no more.
– Now ask 
“What is it that is asking “What am I ?”” .

This is a direct path to your true nature.
If you can, feel the answer to the final question and sit with the felt answer.

After a while, when you are ready, while feeling the answer, ask our cosmic friends again for contact and then ask God for contact and finally ask yourself (which is everything) for contact.

Go back to the second question and return to the felt sense of who you are.

This is a simple method that works well. It will only work for those of you who get your true nature. Who know that you are not separate from the all, from God.

This can become a process that comes (with a little practice), as readily as breathing. Let me know what you think/feel about it.”
